SGExamPapers.com ("we", "us", "our") is a free, no-login library of Singapore primary school past-year exam papers. Your privacy matters to us, and we have designed the site to collect as little personal data as possible.
In short: we do not require you to create an account, we do not ask for your name or email to download papers, and we do not sell your data. The data we do collect comes from standard web analytics and from third-party advertising (Google AdSense), described below.
2. What information we collect
When you visit SGExamPapers.com, we and our third-party partners automatically collect:
- Log data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the time of your visit. This is standard server-log data.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies — small text files stored on your device that help us understand how the site is used and that allow our advertising partners to serve relevant ads (see Section 3).
We do not collect:
- Your name, email, or other contact details (unless you email us directly).
- Files you download or papers you view.
- Any personally identifiable information beyond what is described above.
If you email us at hello@sgexampapers.com, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to respond, and up to 12 months for reference.
3. Google AdSense and third-party advertising
SGExamPapers.com uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited. AdSense displays ads on this site and uses cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our site and other sites on the Internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Privacy Policy and its ads policy.
Some other advertising partners we may use from time to time include Ezoic and Media.net — they have their own privacy practices. We will update this page when we add new partners.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
SGExamPapers.com uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies — to remember your year/exam/school selections while you browse.
- Analytics cookies — anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics 4) to understand which papers are popular and where to focus improvements.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA / PDPA)
SGExamPapers.com is intended for parents, tutors, and teachers who use the site to help students revise. The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we commit to:
- Not requiring any personal information from children to access the site or download papers.
- Not showing behaviourally-targeted advertisements to children where required by applicable law.
- Working with parents who contact us to remove any inadvertently collected information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information on this site, please email copyright@sgexampapers.com and we will delete it promptly.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data (right to be forgotten).
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent to process your data.

7. Data retention
- Server logs: retained for up to 90 days, then aggregated or deleted.
- Google Analytics data: retained per Google's default settings (14 months for user-level data; we have enabled IP anonymisation).
- Email correspondence: up to 12 months from last contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will add a banner notice on the homepage for at least 30 days. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
