1. Source of the papers

All exam papers on SGExamPapers.com are sourced from one of the following:

• Past-year papers publicly shared by the schools themselves (on their websites, parent portals, or open-house materials).
• Past-year papers publicly shared by parents, tutors, and teachers in open online communities for the purpose of home revision.
• Past-year papers released by the Singapore Ministry of Education as part of public examinations archive material.

We do not source papers from private paid databases or behind any paywall. Where a paper is available in a publicly accessible online location, we add it to our index. We do not claim ownership of any of these papers.

2. What SGExamPapers.com does

SGExamPapers.com is an indexing and organisation service. For each paper in our library we:

1. Re-organise it by year, exam type, and school — so it can be found in seconds instead of minutes.
2. Re-stamp the PDF with a SGExamPapers.com metadata header (Author/Producer/Keywords fields). This is purely a clear identifier so anyone opening the file knows where it came from. The original content of the paper is unchanged.
3. Re-publish the paper under a clear, predictable URL on our domain (e.g. https://sgexampapers.com/pdfs/p3_english/tao-nan_2024_sa1_p3_english.pdf) so it is easy to share and reference.
4. Describe the paper on a deep-landing page with school name, year, exam type, and SEO/AEO structured data — to make it discoverable via search and AI assistants.

We do not alter the questions, answers, mark schemes, or any exam content. The paper itself is the same paper the school gave to its students.

3. Permitted purpose (home revision only)

SGExamPapers.com exists to help Singapore parents, students, tutors, and teachers practise with authentic past-year material at home. The papers on this site are intended for that purpose.

The papers are not intended for:

• Commercial resale or redistribution.
• Use in paid online courses, paid tuition apps, or any monetised educational product.
• Republishing in another publicly accessible database.

If you are a paid tutor or tuition centre, please refer your students to SGExamPapers.com directly — that's the right way to share.

4. Copyright ownership

Each exam paper on this site is the intellectual property of the issuing school and/or the Singapore Ministry of Education. SGExamPapers.com does not claim authorship, ownership, or any proprietary rights over any individual exam paper.

What we do own is:

• The selection, arrangement, and organisation of the papers (database rights under Singapore copyright law).
• The textual descriptions, navigation structure, FAQ content, and SEO/AEO metadata on this site.
• The sgexampapers.com name, logo, and brand assets.

If you are a rights-holder (school, MOE, or authorised representative) and have a concern, please see the next section.

5. Takedown / removal requests

If you are a rights-holder and want a paper removed or attributed differently, email copyright@sgexampapers.com with:

1. The exact URL of the paper on SGExamPapers.com.
2. Proof that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights-holder (an email from an official school domain, or a letter from MOE).
3. What action you want (remove, attribute differently, etc.).

We action verified requests within 5 business days.

For attribution requests, we are happy to add a "Source: [School Name]" label on the deep-landing page.

6. No warranty

The papers on this site are provided "as is" for revision purposes. While we make best efforts to source the correct paper and label it accurately (school, year, exam type, subject), we do not warrant that:

• Every paper is the official final version released by the school.
• Every paper's content is exactly as printed on the day of the exam.
• The papers are suitable for any specific purpose beyond home revision.

For official copies and authoritative mark schemes, please contact the school directly or the Singapore Ministry of Education.

From time to time we may link to external resources (schools' official sites, MOE materials, useful study guides). We are not responsible for the content of those external sites.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted with a homepage banner for at least 30 days.
